My first punching bag
Decided I wanted to get a punching bag for my first peice of equipement for my at home sports gym that I am putting together, I went with the free standing punching bag they call BOB and got the XL version for good measure. After hitting a bag at the gym a couple of times my wrist hurt and I relized then I needed some strength straining to get my arms, wrists and hands into shape, so I went with BOB. My friend recommended to me this website which has the punch bags named BOB for the best price on the internet we have been able to find. Not sure what to get for my next piece of equipment for my home gym but I am leaning towards something for my abs or legs since both need a little toning in my opinon. Well I am off to my tanning appointment I ll blog again soon.
